JD Clair: To some, a Mid-Western suburbanite sounds like a strange type of space alien. As if the long rows of homes and four-door sedans were technical creations of some advanced hive society from beyond the edge of the atmosphere. Yet, it is at the boundaries of two worlds, between cities and wilderness, that JD and his three monstrous children reside. There, he finds the charm beyond the cement and steel boarders beckoning to be explored. Hidden in the bricks and the brush and the closet shadows, suburbia is full mischief and wonder.
